With a law degree from the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium and holder of a legal English certificate from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, Jean-Claude NDJAKANYI is registered in the "Criminal Law" and "Immigration Law" sections of the Bar of Brussels, where he was sworn as a lawyer since October 2004.

He shows a particular interest in issues related to the right of residence and criminal law and advocates in several associations for the defence of immigrants.
